Data we process
API and chat requests may be processed on Uncensured AI servers or on our providers’ servers. Both apply zero retention to content: neither we nor our providers retain prompts or responses. Separately, the service processes account and contact details, authentication records, prepaid credit, payments and usage metadata. Usage metadata can include model, token counts, amounts, timestamps and request identifiers. Technical processing can also involve IP addresses and browser information.
Chat content and zero retention
Zero retention of prompts and responses applies both to Uncensured AI servers and to the providers’ servers that process requests, including when Fallback is used. Chat history is stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB. Clearing browser data can remove that history.
Purposes and legal bases
Proposed bases for review: performance of the service contract for accounts and inference; legal obligations for required accounting records; legitimate interests for proportionate security and abuse prevention; consent where required for optional processing. The operator must confirm the applicable bases and document any balancing assessment.
Recipients, transfers and retention
Requests may be processed on our servers or on model providers’ servers, always with zero retention of prompts and responses. Hosting, payment and transactional email services can process the data needed for their functions. Stripe handles card checkout; Uncensured AI retains payment and credit records. The full recipient list, processing locations, international transfer safeguards and retention periods for account, payment, security and backup records must be completed before publication.

Depending on the applicable law and processing basis, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent where used. Email support@uncensuredai.com from the address associated with your account. You may complain to the competent data protection authority.
