Payment and unused credit
A top-up adds prepaid credit to your account. Purchased credit remains available on your account. We do not offer a commercial refund of unused credit. This policy does not exclude any mandatory rights under applicable law.
How to request a review
Email support@uncensuredai.com with your account email, payment date, amount and transaction reference. Never send a password, API key or full card number. Payment errors and statutory rights are reviewed separately from the commercial policy on unused credit.
Errors, refunds and disputes
A failed inference attempt does not create a second customer charge. Partial responses can have billable usage. Payment refunds and disputes may put the account under review while the payment and balance are reconciled; an internal credit adjustment is not itself a card refund.
Mandatory consumer rights
Any withdrawal or conformity rights under applicable law remain unaffected. This policy does not assume that first use automatically removes withdrawal rights and does not restrict mandatory remedies for a non-conforming service.
